If you are having problems logging-in:

1) Both user name and passwords are case-sensitive.
2) If you copy & paste them, make sure you don't add any blank spaces at the beginning or end.
3) If your email address is not recognised, try your old ones - even though you may receive emails from Qube on your current email, you may have set your old address to forward automatically
4) Occassionally our servers can become congested and may show log-in errors when there is nothing wrong. Please wait a couple of minutes, then try again.
